Hi Ashley! You def need to soak it in water for a few hours. Then let it dry and use the glue I linked. It’s best to have a wood trim to hold it in for a flat cabinet. With mine the glue was strong enough to apply the cane inside the bevel edge. I hope this helps!

I’m trying the same thing for the Besta cabinet not (I’m using square mesh cane). I was not sure whether I had to saw the middle part of the door out, or just leave it as a whole and cut the webbing and glue it on the middle part. If I look at your photos it looks really good. Will the edges stick well to the glue? Cause I’m afraid the edges will curl and come off the glue.
